Imagine doing a sun salutation with a view of the skyline of Victoria Harbour at the comfort of your home* or immersing yourself in urban forest surrounded by trees of over 100 years old in just few minutes away from the big screen*.

*Remarks: The yoga and meditation will be conducted via Zoom and forest therapy sessions will be onsite at Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens (HKZBG), Albany Road, Central, Hong Kong.
